We have six menů in the course very typical italian food:home made pasta, tomato sauce, eggplants parmesan stile, pizza, bread, meat sauce, ect. We make lessons in a beautiful country house, at the end of the lesson we can eat togheter what we cooked. here you have the menů :
Italian cooking lesson
bruschetta, tomato sauce: spaghetti with tomato sauce eggplants parmesan stile, veal escalope with prosciutto and sage, tiramisù.
Tuscan cooking lesson
crostini di fegatini (chicken leavers patč), pappa al pomodoro (tomato soup with bread), roast pork, fagioli all' uccelletto (bean with tomato sauce and sage), biscottini di prato e vin santo (cookies with almonds).
Home made pasta lesson
meat souce, lasagne, tagliatelle with crea manda prosciutto, ravioli (ricotta and spinach filling).
pizza, bread and focacce lesson
ciabatta bread, pizza, focaccia di Recco (filling of fresh cheese), bread with nuts, lard and cheese.
summer cooking lesson
tomato's pudding, creamed pepper soup with goat cheese, escalope and zucchini marinated with wine vinegar, fuite brulč.
summer cooking lesson
fiori di zucchine ripieni di ricotta (zucchini blossom stuffed with ricotta cheese), tagliolini with lemon sauce, meat rolls, strawberries's mousse.
